In one, press 🛡️ Superadmin — it runs the governance engine that promotes guests.
In the others, log in as Alice / Bob: they start as guest (no write
access) and are promoted to user by the superadmin in ~5 seconds.
Once promoted, create notes and grant / revoke read, write or delete per note — the owner can even delegate delete, so Bob can remove a note Alice shared with him.
